One-time pricing. No per-user licensing. Hosting is optional and billed separately (from €10/month depending on expected load), or you can deploy on your own infrastructure. Pay-per-use of external services isn't included either: bulk email deliveries, SMS/WhatsApp, AI for scoring or payment gateways — those are provider metering and billed directly to the client.

Common questions

"We already have a CRM but nobody uses it."
